Here are our guidelines for participation:
Who: Your company name and address, web address, phone and fax numbers. If you wish, you can also include a brief company statement.

Product Descriptions:
Include: Names of collections, style name, country of origin, construction, fiber and suggested retail price for 5x8 or your lead size. If you prefer, you may use square foot retail pricing. You may also include a BRIEF explanation of color palette and style categories.
A NOTE ON ONE-OF-A-KIND PRICES: For one-of-a-kind pieces, please include the suggested retail price range for 6x9 size. (For example, you can say "suggested retail prices for our hand knotted rugs range from $800 to $3,000 in 6x9 size")

WHY ARE SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICES IMPORTANT?
In today's high-style, diversified rug market, it's almost impossible to tell price points simply from a picture or a company name. By clearly stating the price point, retailers shopping the market get a better idea how to fit a particular style or collection into their buying plans.

Pictures: Send pictures in j-peg format, 100 dpi or higher. Pictures must be CLEARLY IDENTIFIED with company name and style or collection name. Straight-on shots only. NO composite pictures and NO room settings. NO PDF files will be accepted.
TEXT must be sent in digital format, either Microsoft Word or as an e-mail.
