79% BOOKED FOR MARCH MARKET
SHANGHAI – Exhibit space for Domotex Asia/Chinafloor is 79% booked, according to show management. The event will take place March 26 to 28, 2013.
Floor space was increased to 130,000 sq. meters (1,399,310 sq. ft.) Based upon early figures the organizers said turnout could increase 6 to 9% in 2013 with more than 1,200 exhibitors participating.
Carpets and rugs, wood and laminate flooring and ceramic floors will all be included at the event.
Domotex Asia/Chinafloor will showcase a large selection of wood and laminate manufacturers, with around 50% of its total show floor dedicated to the segment which includes solid and engineered woods, laminate, cork and bamboo.
After a few years of absence, Unilin-Quickstep, Pergo, Kronoflooring and Kronoswiss will again show in 2013. BerryAlloc, Floover, American Hardwood Export Council (AHEC), and National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) have re-confirmed their attendance after last year’s participation and join the ranks of hundreds of wood segment exhibitors.
Recognizing the opportunity that Asia’s growing market represents for its members, free exhibit space will be available to NWFA members showcasing American made products.
The show’s InnovAction flooring program will give exhibitors access to international media outlets, a lead-generating data base, assistance with target marketing, e-newsletters, social media, consultants and as well as a special press conference venue and product launch support.
In 2013, for the first time, Domotes Asia/Chinafloor will add ceramic tiles and stone floorings to the show focusing on high end products. With the new CER Tiles & Stones venue, sector broadly includes ceramic tiles and stones in both finished slabs and unprocessed natural stone, floor laying materials and supplies, machinery and tools, cleaning and maintenance and associations.
Domotex Asia/Chinafloor will take place March 26 to 28 at the Shanghai New International Exhibition Center.
