CELEBRITY DESIGNER DANN FOLEY INKS LICENSE WITH RIZZY HOME

LOS ANGELES -- Celebrity designer Dann Foley has added Rizzy Home to his growing stable of licensing partners.
"I am thrilled to be with Rizzy Home. The size of the company, the capabilities of the company and the designers I work with to make my designs come to life are just really, really exciting," Foley told RugNews.com. He said that he plans to coordinate the rugs with his furniture, bedding and other licensed products. "What the consumer will have is the opportunity to buy the entire lifestyle as one story. It makes a lot more sense for the retailer and the consumer."
Teresa Parris, creative and visual manager for Rizzy Home told RugNews.com that the Dann Foley collection is in early product development stages, and will comprise the designer's distinctive lifestyle looks.
An award-winning interior designer, Foley is known for his 'Lifestyle Design' approach when creating residences, commercial properties, products, styling and special event design. The concept revolves around a combination of high style with his signature three A's of design: accessible, available and affordable.
In a separate announcement in early February, Rizzy Home said it had opened a permanent showroom in New York City at 295 Fifth Ave., and invited customers to visit during the upcoming New York Home Fashions Market. Read full story.
