Atlanta, GA - A who's who of rug buyers and retail executives joined Nourison in celebrating its 35th anniversary on Thursday, Jan. 8, during the Atlanta International Area Rug Market at its AmericasMart showroom.
On hand
to meet and greet guests during the reception celebrating the company's
'35 Years of Innovation and Inspiration', were two generations of Peykar
family members.

Something
else to celebrate: At the America's Magnificent Carpets Awards held
during the Winter Atlanta International Area Rug Market Nourison won the
licensee category for its Imperial rug from the Dynasty collection for
Barclay Butera. Inspired by early 16th century Asian carpet
designs, the rug features 60 colors and a unique hand-finishing
technique that imparts an antique character. Power-loomed in China of
New Zealand wool and nylon, the rug retails for $1499 in 5x8.
