NEW YORK -- Stylist and personal shopper Sarah Zabihi has announced the launch of AntikBySarah.com, an online shop offering a curated selection of antique and vintage rugs.
Every month, Zabihi will offer a selection of one-of-a-kind Turkish, Persian and Chinese rugs, tapestries and textiles culled from the expansive inventory of J&D Oriental Rugs Co., and make them available to the general public for a limited time only. Unique new items offered at a range of price points, will be added each month.
"I love collaborating with people to help them find pieces that reflect their individuality and make a room a homey, livable space. An antique rug brings an element of character and sophistication to any room," said Zabihi. "AntikBySarah gives decorators, interior designers and antique rug collectors an opportunity to find something very unique that they won't find anywhere else."

After studying fashion design and spending several years working as a fashion stylist and personal shopper, Sarah has now chosen to use her deep knowledge of rugs and her background in art and design to launch AntikBySarah.
Founded by Joseph Zabihi and his son Daniel in 1978, J&D Oriental Rugs Co. is a third generation family-owned company and one of New York City's most respected sources of antique and vintage one-of-a-kind carpets.
