HRI ROLLS OUT NEW DESIGNS FOR ATLANTA SHOPPERS, DOUBLES DOWN ON HANDMADE AREA RUGS
Mystique is one of 30 new designs and colorways to be introduced in Atlanta in HRI's largest product launch in company history.

ATLANTA -- Harounian Rugs International (HRI) focuses on handmade area rugs and announces its largest roll out of new designs in the company's history for the summer markets in Atlanta and Vegas, Greg Jordt, executive vice president of sales and marketing, told RugNews.com.
HRI will showcase of six handmade collections, including 30 designs and colorways, new to buyers attending the upcoming Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market, running from July 11-18,
"As a result of our continued strong sales trend coming out of 2016 and through the start of this year we will be introducing more new collections at the upcoming summer markets than ever before in the 50-year-old history of HRI," Jordt added, pointing out that the six collections feature new looks and unique qualities. "All of the collections are in production and finishing in order to make timely shipments immediately after market."
The showcased collections will be on display in HRI's AmericasMart showroom 1-5-C-10 and Las Vegas Market suite B-433 later in the month.
EXPRESSIONS COLLECTION
HRI debuts the Expressions collection of abstract designs for market shoppers in Atlanta and Vegas this summer.
The hand-knotted Expressions collection by HRI features vibrant colors marbled with soft muted shades to create a range of transitional abstract designs. Hand knotted in India, in a blend of New Zealand wool and viscose, the rugs feature soft, plush textured pile. Available in 6x9, 8x10, 9x12, 10x14 and custom sizes by special order.
FOLK COLLECTION
HRI will introduce Folk, inspired by nomadic tribal designs, at summer home furnishings fairs in Atlanta and Vegas.
HRI's Folk collection is an assortment of traditional antique nomadic tribal looks. Hand crafted in India of 100% New Zealand wool, each design has vibrant colors replicating the vegetable dyes that were once used in creating yarns for unique nomadic rugs, which also feature a similar soft, dense wool pile. Available in 6x9, 8x10 and 9x12.
MELODY COLLECTION
HEI's Melody collection debuting at summer home furnishings shows in Atlanta and Vegas features a Bohemian vibe.
The Boho chic Melody features classic design motifs swathed in vibrant color palettes. Hand knotted in India of New Zealand wool and pure Sari silk, Melody's bright pops of color are all done in a pile of pure silk. The collection is available in sizes 6x9, 8x10, 9x12 and 10x14, with a suggested retail price of $1,699 in 6x9.
MOMA COLLECTION
HRI presents Moma, a geometric styled area rug collection, in Atlanta in July.
HRI's Moma collection features a tailored contemporary look that is woven and hand knotted in India. This range of transitional geometric designs is crafted of New Zealand wool plied with viscose to give each design a soft patina. Moma is stocked and available in 6x9, 8x10, 9x12 and 10x14, with a suggested retail price of $889 in 6x9.
MYSTIQUE COLLECTION
HRI premieres the Mystique, a range of classic designs in contemporary colors, at markets in Atlanta and Vegas.
The new Mystique range of area rugs features elegant designs layered in a soft textured pile of hand-spun New Zealand wool and viscose. Hand knotted in India exclusively by HRI weavers, the range features classic design motifs in contemporary colors. The line is programmed and stocked in the sizes 6x9, 8x10, 9x12 and 10x14. The suggested retail is $1,699 in 6x9.
VESTA COLLECTION
HRI's new Vesta area rug collection reworks iconic classic geometric Moroccan tile motifs and debuts in Atlanta.
Crafted of India's finest Bikaner wool, Vesta area rugs are hand knotted with zero pile. Patterns in this range are inspired by classic geometric and Moroccan tile motifs. Vesta is Available in 6x9, 8x10 and 9x12.
