DALLAS MARKET CENTER HOSTS DINE + DESIGN: SHERWIN-WILLIAMS COLORMIX

DALLAS -- Dallas Market Center, the largest open-daily design center in North America, announces Dine + Design, the semi-annual education and networking luncheon for the interior design community, October 11, 11:00 a.m. at the World Trade Center.

Dine + Design brings together more than 600 designers for a complimentary luncheon to exchange ideas, preview products and discover upcoming trends. October's event features keynote speaker, Sue Wadden, director of color marketing for Sherwin-Williams, presenting an exclusive Colormix 2017 report.

"Dine + Design is a great opportunity for interior designers to gain beneficial knowledge and color insights while also earning CEU credit," Wadden said. "Partnering with Dallas Market Center allows us to share our insights and passion for color with designers, making it an invaluable event for the design community."

Wadden began her career at Sherwin-Williams 18 years ago as an interior designer and color marketing specialist, and today plays a key role in leading world color trend forecasting. Wadden is responsible for Sherwin-Williams' overall philosophy of color leadership and continues to provide the design community with guidance on color and design.

Guests will view design vignettes sponsored by Dallas Market Center exhibitors and are also invited to join the grand opening celebration of Light + Design On Ten, a new, open-daily luxury lighting destination for the interior design community. Attendees will be among the first to view a curated collection of residential lighting manufacturers in Light + Design's shared showroom, located in the heart of the interior design neighborhood on the tenth floor of the World Trade Center.

The Dine + Design luncheon is one of many events throughout the year hosted by Dallas Market Center for the design community. In addition to year-round events, educational sessions and networking opportunities, the wholesale marketplace is home to hundreds of open-daily showrooms offering an unmatched selection of furniture, decorative accessories, lighting, textiles and more.

Dallas Market Center is the largest and most successful open-daily design center in North America. In fact, more interior designers visit Dallas Market Center, and more showrooms are open daily in Dallas, than any other market center or design center. These showrooms currently serve thousands of visitors each month from a discerning design community actively seeking resources for residential and commercial projects across Mid-America and Latin America.
