HOM FURNITURE NEW BARGAIN SHOP
TO FEATURE LOWER PRICE POINTS
COON RAPIDS, MN – HOM Furniture has added a new department called the Bargain Shop that will feature furniture at lower price points. HOM Furniture developed the Special Buy category to appeal to consumers who may not be able to purchase entire room sets, according to Jerry Underwood, HOM’s director of marketing.
The Bargain Shop is a collection of living room, bedroom, and dining room groups made available for the budget-minded consumer. Decorative products such as area rugs, home décor accessories, lamps and wall art are available in the new Bargain Shop department, as are mattresses, office and entertainment furniture.
“The needs of the people don’t change even when their budgets might. We wanted to address the furniture needs of a family on a tighter budget, or allow for occasions when you want to furnish a student apartment, a spare room or perhaps your getaway cabin. New furniture is now available with great pricing value,†said Underwood.
Today, HOM Furniture operates 15 HOM Furniture locations, 2 DOCK 86 locations and 4 Gabberts Fine Furniture and Design Studio units in the upper Midwestern states of Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa and Wisconsin.
