PORT WASHINGTON, NY -- Joseph T. Moshy has joined Safavieh as territory manager for the Middle Atlantic region and the state of California according to Arash Yaraghi, a company principal.
Moshy will be responsible for sales of all Safavieh rug lines in the states of California, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington DC and West Virginia.
A veteran of 15 years as sales manager for Pande Cameron, Moshy most recently served as sales manager for Veratex, a tricot knitter in North Carolina.
His experience also includes tenures with Shalom Brothers as national sales manager and with Tufenkian Carpets as territory manager for New England.
Moshy will be based at Safavieh’s Port Washington headquarters.
