AMERICASMART LEASES;
ZOLLANVARI RELOCATES
ATLANTA— Harounian Rugs International (6-A-1) and Jerry H. Aziz Oriental Rugs (5-F-1) have renewed their leases at AmericasMart and Zollanvari will relocate its showroom to 3-D-11.
Both Harounian and Jerry Aziz are longtime tenants at AmericasMart. Harounian Rugs International has been an exhibitor since 1988 and Jerry H. Aziz has been an exhibitors since1993.
Harounian Rugs International is a major importer of handmade Oriental rugs and offers customers a wide variety of qualities, price points and design trends.
“AmericasMart has been the premier Market and at the forefront of all Markets in the United States for decades,†said David Harounian, a principal of Harounian Rugs International.
“The management and staff make certain that the markets run efficiently, and that they are effective and have a positive impact on our business, enabling us to attract existing customers and gain exposure to new ones as well. "
Harounian said that the company is extending its showroom lease for an additional three years in anticipation of an improved economy and increased sales.
“During the 16 years we have exhibited our product at AmericasMart, our partnership with AmericasMart has only grown stronger, including our confidence in the strength of its market center,†said Jerry Aziz. “Our showroom and the business we conduct here are vital components to the success of our company.â€
Jerry H. Aziz specializes in high-end carpets, primarily made in Pakistan, and offers diversified product lines. The company has been in business for more than 30 years, and attributes its success to "offering the right product at the best price."
AmericasMart has also announced the relocation of the Zollanvari, Ltd. showroom to 3-D-11. Zollanvari specializes in producing fine Gabbeh rugs.

Zollanvari, Jerry H. Aziz and Harounian, will celebrate their renewed commitment to AmericasMart with ribbon cutting ceremonies at their showrooms during the Summer International Rug Market, July 12 to 15, 2009.
