DANA STEVENS JOINS AMER RUGS AS DIRECTOR OF E-COMMERCE ACCOUNTS |
NORCROSS, Ga. -- Amer Rugs has named Dana Stevens director of e-commerce accounts. In her new position, Stevens will be responsible for Amer's further expansion of key accounts within the e-com market segment.
Stevens will work closely with Amer's senior director of e-commerce, Cherie Sheahan, forming a dynamic team to further accelerate the company's growth with ecommerce Retailers.
An ecommerce veteran, she most recently served as director of national accounts and e-commerce sales for Bradburn Home, and prior to that she was national sales manager at Dell / BDS Marketing. Stevens is a graduate of York College where she majored in English. "Dana's determination and drive makes her a terrific addition to our team," said Tanuj Gupta, president of Amer Rugs.
"I am thrilled to join such a focused and motivated team," said Stevens. "The optimism and sense of purpose at Amer is very exciting." Stevens will report to Joe Barkley, vice president of sales and marketing.
Amer Rugs has been operating as the direct sales affiliate of Saraswati Global Private, Ltd. in the United States and Canada since 1998 and has showrooms in Atlanta, High Point, Jaipur, Las Vegas, and New York.
