ALPHARETTA, Ga. -- At its May 2018 edition, ICFF, the international luxury design show held annually at the Javits Center in New York, will host an international exhibition presented by VIA, which just completed a run during Miami's Art Basel at the Miami Design District.

VIA (Valorisation de l'Innovation dans l'Ameublement) is a non-profit association dedicated to providing services and innovation to the French Furniture Industries in France and abroad. Entitled "NO TASTE FOR BAD TASTE, so Starck, so Bouroullec -- so le French Design" VIA's exhibition will make its sixth stop of a worldwide tour at ICFF after traveling to Milan, Venice, Montreal, Miami and Los Angeles.

The wool rug dubbed La Chaise by its designer Francois Azambourg for rug maker Toulemonde Bochart was awarded a VIA Label in 2015.

Showcased in scenography by Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, 40 iconic masterpieces of the 21st century highlight the very best of French Design, including area rugs by Manufacture de Tapis de Bourgogne and Toulemonde Bochart. Organized by VIA and in collaboration with the Institut Français, NO TASTE FOR BAD TASTE celebrates VIA's 40 years of dedication to tomorrow's design. VIA will be presented beside The French Furniture Industry Association Pavilion at ICFF.

For its 30th year of production, ICFF will be held
May 20-
23, 2018 at the Jacob K. Javits Center. The show will host over 800 international exhibitors, and expects a crowd of over 36,000 design industry peers in the residential, retail, commercial and hospitality sectors.

Having an expansive accumulation of more than 50% international exhibitors, ICFF has doubled in attendance over the past three years and will encompass the entire main level of the Jacob K. Javits Center in May, 2018. ICFF has become the foundation of NYCxDesign, New York's official design week and citywide celebration of global design with 350,000 participating.
