EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM TOUR: LAS VEGAS MARKET PEOPLE & PARTIES, PART 1

LAS VEGAS -- Retail buyers and interior designers attending the winter 2019 Las Vegas Market cleared their calendars for a host of parties feting new showrooms, celebrity licensing partnerships, anniversaries -- and the newest fashions in area rugs.
Dynamic Rugs observed its 25th anniversary in Vegas with a special pledge and program developed with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (read story) and Loloi celebrated its 15th with a jam-packed party replete with Turkish bazaar-styled spice market. What's more, there were plenty of new showroom celebrations and ribbon cuttings held in all three buildings at the World Market Center, from Dalyn in Building A, to Palmetto Living in Building B, as well several debuting exhibitors and expansions in Building C, including Karastan, which grew its footprint (read story).
Market shoppers into celebrity sightings were busy at rug showrooms with the Scott Brothers stopping by at Karastan, Libby Langdon at KAS, Kathy Ireland at Nourison and all of Momeni's star-studded designer licensing partners, who were on location at Momeni's showroom for a seminar and meet and greet.
Finally, buyers on the hunt for the next big look made a point of visiting Feizy and Couristan showrooms, where each company had sneak peeks of their exclusive trend reports for 2019 and beyond.
