THE EXCLUSIVE GUIDE TO AREA RUGS AT HIGH POINT MARKET, PART 1

HIGH POINT, N.C. -- The October 2017 edition of High Point Market opens Saturday, but shoppers have plenty to do and see at showrooms getting a head start on Friday.

While many stores impacted by the recent hurricanes have yet to be fully restored, vendors remain hopeful, that some with locations out of the affected states will come to market.

And, although most rug vendors are saving their newest innovations for the big January 2018 show season, many are previewing these collections behind closed doors with key customers.  Based on reaction, the lines may or may not make it into production, vendors say.

With a spate of new licensing programs debuting in the rug category, buyers' party calendars will be full, and there are fun activities and whatever CEU courses etc.

Here is Part 1 of our Guide to Rugs at High Point Market.  Click here for Part 2.
