| ATLANTA - The Atlanta International Rug Market officially opened on July 8, 2015 with four ribbon cuttings - and lots of buzz centered on new showrooms of Harounian Rugs International, Rizzy Home, Caravan and Radici. The consensus for suppliers was that attendance at AmericasMart was typical for a summer market, and that the twice-yearly event is increasingly more appointment driven. Buyers in Building One shopped for the latest colors, patterns and designs, and also firmed up fourth quarter programs at all the major showrooms.
