Atlanta, GA -- Amer Rugs, the North America subsidiary of Saraswatii Global Private, Ltd., has named Brad Russell Showroom Manager & Designer Coordinator. In his new position Russell will be based in Amer's AmericasMart Atlanta Showroom 5-D2, and will help lead and coordinate Amer's designer business. He will work closely with the Amer/Saraswatii team to reach out to interior designers.
"Brad is an exceptional creative talent and we are truly excited to have him join the Amer team," said Joe Barkley, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Russell will report directly to Barkley.
A fixture in the Atlanta design community for over 20 years as the principal of Brad Russell Interiors, Russell previously was the Regional Visual Merchandiser at Casual Corner and Visual Merchandiser at Rich's Department Stores. He received is a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio University.
Amer Rugs has been operating as the direct sales affiliate of Saraswatii Global Private, Ltd. in the United States and Canada since 1998 and has showrooms in Atlanta, High Point, Jaipur, Las Vegas, Mirzapur, and New York.
The company will showcase its summer introductions at the Amer Showroom in AmericasMart at the Atlanta International Gift and Home Furnishings Market, July 12 to 15, 2017.
