WOOLS OF NEW ZEALAND ANNOUNCES SPRING 2015 SALES EVENT

MARIETTA, GA - Wools of New Zealand will showcase the benefits of living with wool in its 'Accept No Substitute' themed spring sale which runs from April 15 to May 31, 2015 at the organization's participating Premier Partners' showrooms across the country.

"Wool makes a huge difference in a home and the spring sales event is aptly named. There really is no substitute for the natural beauty of wool," says Hallie Cobb, executive director of North America for Wools of New Zealand. "Wool also delivers warmth, performance, and the health and safety benefits today's consumers want - as well as incredible softness. The comfort of wool has been known for centuries."

"Wools of New Zealand's 84 Premier Partners in the U.S. are leading luxury showrooms that distinguish their business and increase their selling power by offering products made of New Zealand wool. And during this event," Cobb says, "they are offering New Zealand brand carpets and rugs at a discount so more homeowners can enjoy the benefits of natural wool."

Wools of New Zealand supports the high-profile event by providing retailers with exciting  promotional tools including print ads, templates for local press releases, posters and e-banners.

The 'Accept No Substitute' theme speaks to the exceptional beauty and softness of Wools of New Zealand brand carpets and rugs. Wool is also a natural, non-allergenic fiber that works to improve the health and safety of a home by cleansing the air, and an environmentally friendly, rapidly renewable fiber that helps sustain the planet's natural resources.

The farmers who grow the wool used in Wools of New Zealand brand carpets and rugs follow strict guidelines for quality, traceability, environmental standards, best farming practices and animal welfare. The organization supports the efforts of Heifer International, which provides sheep to needy families worldwide. As part of the spring 2015 sales event, Wools of New Zealand will make a donation to the Heifer Organization Gift of a Sheep program. Since 1944, Heifer International has provided livestock including sheep, seeds, trees and extensive training to improve the lives of needy families around the world. It operates in more than 50 countries.
