At Nourison: Theone Halpern of Halpern's Furnishings in New Orleans, with Nourison's Sam Azhadi. Theone said that business has been booming in New Orleans. After Hurrican Katrina, people got rid of their water-logged broadloom carpeting and replaced it with hard surface flooring. A perfect setting for rugs.
